Age Cymru offer a ‘check-in-and-chat’ telephone service for the over 70s. Anyone over 70 in Wales can register with Age Cymru, free of charge, to receive a regular telephone call from the charity in either English or Welsh.

Royal Voluntary Service
Royal Voluntary Service volunteers provide practical support and companionship to help people get the best out of life.
We do this by helping older people stay active and connected to their local community, our volunteers run Social Clubs and Activities, exercise classes and hobby groups, Lunch Clubs and Community Cafés. These are warm, welcoming places to meet up with friends old and new, enjoy refreshments and interesting activities and learn new skills.
