The Ringland Collaborative, in partnership with Beyond Equality, is excited to invite you to our Men’s Wellbeing Workshops at the Ringland Labour Club as part of our Men’s Community Hub in Newport.

About the Workshops

These workshops provide a safe and open environment where you can share experiences and thoughts with others. Being in a space where you feel comfortable discussing your feelings can significantly improve your mental health and overall wellbeing.

Workshop Schedule

We have three insightful workshops lined up:

  • Workshop 1: Men and Mental Wellbeing
    • Date: Thursday, 11th July
    • Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Workshop 2: Masculinities and Seeking Support
    • Date: Thursday, 18th July
    • Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Workshop 3: Building Supportive Communities
    • Date: Thursday, 25th July
    • Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
