Flying Start is a Welsh Government programme available in certain areas to support families with children aged 0-3 years.
It promotes language, cognitive, social and emotional skills, physical development and the early identification of high needs through the delivery of health support, parenting groups, early language support and free part-time childcare.

Relate for children and young people
Relate is a confidential space for young people to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions. It provides a live chat service to connect to a trained counsellor. Relate also provides counselling for children and young people face-to-face, by phone, and online.
